01What we collect

Visit statistics use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which only counts page visits. It uses no cookies and collects nothing that identifies visitors.
We don’t collect accounts, payment details, location or advertising cookies. To keep what you type in the report form from being lost by accident, it is saved temporarily only in your own browser and deleted once you send it. This draft never reaches our servers.
02Why we use it
- To reproduce and fix reported problems, review ideas and answer questions
- To show progress with your report number and access key
- If you left an email, to send a reply or follow-up questions about your report
- To send beta sign-ups beta invitations and news of the official launch
- To notify the operator’s inbox when a new report or beta sign-up arrives
- To prevent abuse such as automated submissions and spam
03We don’t store IP addresses
To stop too many reports arriving in a short time, we mix your IP address with a secret value and turn it into an irreversible hash, used only to count submissions. The original IP address is never stored, and the hash records are deleted automatically after at most 24 hours.
04How long we keep it
- Reports: kept for 1 year from the day handling ends (fixed, on hold or duplicate), then destroyed. Attached images are deleted with them.
- Beta sign-ups: destroyed after we send the official launch notice.
- In every case, we delete it immediately if you ask.
05Sharing with third parties
We don’t provide or sell your information to any other company or person. The only exception is when an authority such as law enforcement requests it through a lawful procedure.

Cloudflare’s and Resend’s servers may be located outside Korea. Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and is not used for anything beyond the tasks above. Notification emails go only to the operator’s single inbox and are locked so they cannot be sent to any other address.
07Your rights
You can ask at any time to see, correct or delete your information. You can also ask us to stop processing it or withdraw your consent. Send a question through the report form or email ceo@bitna.ai.kr with your report number (or the email you left), and we’ll handle it right after checking.
08How we keep it safe
- All communication is encrypted with HTTPS.
- Report access keys are stored only as a hash, not the original value. That is why even we can’t tell you your access key again.
- The admin screen opens only with a separate admin token.
